I have been in the insurance business and the real estate business and I know how profitable hot call transfers are. This is where you get an inbound call from your site and want to hand it off to someone.

A 3-way call is no big deal. The problem is that I cannot hang up if I do the transfer.

Does anyone know of low cost equipment that would allow me to do this?

Pay per call is great but this pays a whole lot more. You can get $30 to $40 for a hot lead like this. Changes the ppc equation to permit more expensive ads.

Are you prescreening with a call center? or do you just want to forward the calls?

if pre-screening setup a dialer voip phone system. They range from per minute to $100-$150 a month. Will allow you to pre-screen and transfer without hanging up.

If just forwarding kall8.com will work.

I am speaking to the inbound call and then I want to transfer them to someone and be able to hang up. The person I transfer them to will not be a part of my phone system.

I am not clear about what a "dialer voip phone system is". I know about VOIP but this is apparently something different.

Yea man, Dialer systems are a different world in itself.

Depending on how many agents you have, if this is a small operation. check out ViciDial. They charge like $300/month for 20 agents i think. and its open source so you can customize alot. but if your not tech savvy I wouldnt recommend it.

You have yTel- they're OKAY... easy to use and inexpensive.
Five9 - very expensive ( 150+/month / per user) but its a great dialer with tons of features and alot of high volume call centers use Five9.

But i would do some research and speak with some reps from each company and compare with what your needs are, again if its a small operation, you dont need anything crazy - just something bone stock that allows you to transfer and hangup.

    Goodluck
