How would you rank the Shadyness of CPA verticles?

Kinda lame...

Trying to pick the categories that may have too many shady products for my level of ethics, I tried sorting a CPA categories by Shadyness, I have no experience in many, what would you change?

(The worst at the top)

Business Opportunity (too kind to put Biz ops in 15th?)

I wasn't just looking at the chances of an offer in a given category being bad for he user, but also those where one is more likely to resort shady tactics, like eWhoring in dating, I suppose some will find a way to abuse any form of performance marketing.

(Got rid of what I couldn't imagine looked like a plug.)

    Instead of looking at it from a Category point of view.

    Look at it more from a Merchants point of view and who is
    offering the product/service.

    Some of the ones you have at the top can be on the bottom.
    And some of the Bottom ones can be placed on Top.

    All depends on the Merchant behind the offer.

    There are shady advertisers in all, there are straight advertisers in all of these verticals.
    I would put Biz-Op at the top for shadiness though, in so far as how they operate.

    If you find moral objections to these kind of things, you're best looking a rev share based programs, money back sites, coupon sites, this kind of thing, for something that is more legit.

    Or building a product/software/app/offer etc that you feel gives genuine value to the end user.

    most cpa offers are just email capture pages disquised as products. email and zip submits are terrible. if you enter your info you will get spammed to death.
