Incently Conversions and Postback URL

No, a post back URL only lets your tracking software know that a conversion has been made.

Postback only helps in reporting which lead converted , it has nothing to do with your conversions etc ....

Postback pixel will help you to get reports when a valid lead occurs to your account. These are usually sent by cURL, you just need to catch the GET variables with PHP for example and you are good to go.
