Right now, burst media is on fire.

I've used them as backup or 3rd in chain for three years. Right now, they're my highest paying cpm network. I'm getting over $1.40 net per ad unit on average.

You can try Epom market, they give decent rates and provide great support. My eCPM is $0.7-0.9.

absolutely agree on Epom market. Guys are doing great, also they have amazing ad server, actually first I've joined Epom to use server only, but then I've checked Market and have to say it's excellent network.

I think it depends on what kind of site do you have.
I have learned that there are specific ad networks that can give great reuslts on gaming or humer sites but will give bad results on streaming and torrents.
So it realy depends on your site

Adsense cannot be replaced completely with single network. Adsense has biggest variety of advertisers and ads so you will need a nice combination of 2-3 best paying networks. I personally prefer 1. edomz - Best popunder network 2. Infolinks- text ads and very populor. 3.Qadabra/adversal/pulsepoint- as a nice CPM ad network..
