List Brokers? Anyone ever bought lists from List Brokers?

Hey, so I have a client who is interested in targeting a very specific group of people (targeted like - Hispanic Females with Diabetes). Does anyone know of any good list brokers that I can find?

Have any of you used anything like this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, and I never will. I don't trust anyone building a list for me (aside myself). Also who knows who else will have the same users on the list and how they opted in.

There are plenty of list brokers out there that sell lists for thousands of dollars like infousa.com and some who sell it wholesale like extraleads.net. Just make sure you are able to download a sample list so you can check the quality.
