Adsense Qs, fluxuating rates and finally made some money
This morning I had over $4.00 with adsense but about an hour later my total was down to $.88. Does anyone know how this can happen and does it happen to others?
Also, I have a basic Q about adsense. I know there is a limit as to how many ads you can put on a page: "a maximum of three standard ad units, three link units." What is the difference between a standard ad unit and a link unit? Are standard ad units image ads whereas link units text ads?
Finally, why is it that somedays I can make XX amount of $ on one day with a certain # of visitors and the next day have almost the same number of people on the site and make less than half of that same amount. I am presuming the reason has to do with #of people who click.
I want to also note that I had my first over $50 day this week.I always assumed days like those were a myth. Thanks for your help.
