Server-to-Server Tracking vs. Pixel?

I'm working with a network that only offers server to server pixel tracking. Are they able to do anything with my regular conversion pixels from Facebook, Google, etc?

No. Those pixels work by reading cookies previously set in the visitors' browser. The visitor has to load the pixel for them to connect the conversion to the original visit through the cookie data. Some other server accessing the URL will not accomplish this.

A network that will only do server-side notification, and lets you provide neither subids nor code to include on the post-conversion page, is essentially giving you no way to audit their claims or do good marketing for their offer. You have no way to tell if they're crediting you for all the conversions you generate or not. You nave no way to connect the conversions they do report back to their sources.
