Any experience with Tapit support?
From the FAQ section I learned that this is not uncommon for a first time payment, so I put in a support ticket to have them manually update my account, which is the suggested procedure. Well, that was 5 days ago, with two additional requests from me to respond during the last few days and no reaction whatsoever.
Do you guys have similar experiences with Tapit support?
