AD NETWORKS

Have done some research and am looking for a CPA network that offers email submits (pays after someone submits an email) and I am not with any network need opinions on good sites that have good email submits and highly trusted. Have a website with 2,000,000 monthly views.

  Which one do you prefer, peerfly or maxbounty? Do these booth have CPA offers that pay per email submit? I want to promote those which one should I go with?

  go with what Greedy said and join only reputable networks as he suggested a few instead of crappy networks which don`t have enough to pay for their hosting fees and advertise to provide weekly payments and what not ..

Pretty much every CPANetwork will have some type of
email submit offer...

If you have 2 million views per month I'm sure you can
monetize that with better paying offers.

Also look to find some of the higher dollar payoffs that are not generally available. You might look around at Affiliate Marketing - Find the Best Affiliate Programs and CPA Offers from OfferVault for the higher payouts per action, get accepted with a few of those and then talk to the account managers there for offers that are not publicly advertised.

With some research you may be able to find some advertisers who will deal direct rather than going through a network. There have been some WSO's in the past that deal with finding high payouts.

There are many great networks. I recommend Peerfly for a start.

Once you get familiar with CPA marketing and want to expend to other niches or if you are looking to a wider range of offers, I recommend Masxbounty or Neverblue.

However, take action! Being successful online is not about being accepted by 10 CPA networks. Stick with one until you made your first profits!
