Hello All

I have not done any CPA at all. At this time I am still in the research phase, I have been looking into different offers to see what I might be able to promote.

My question is about Free Gift Carde offers. For Example, get $x.xx giving away $100.00 Walmart Gift Cards.

What does the potential recipient have to do to get this card (usually) and at what point in the process would I get the commission?

    The potential really varies offer to offer.

    But you'll usually get paid after the user fills in the first page with their name and email. That is if the lead doesn't get scrubbed.

    The visitor usually has to fill out multiple offers to try and redeem that prize…

    You get a commission will the visitor fills out the proper form fields, some are single opt in, and others are double opt in.

    dude I can tell you right now, the only way you make money on your free card offers is with a really catchy banner doing media buys on BuySellAds.com or deep linking with a PPV campaign.

    At some point the scrubbing will start , generally you will convert pretty well and your epc will drop , you can make money with email submits but it has to be very cheap traffic . Pretty tough to make it a long term , but ok for short term .

    The user who registers for such offers, usually needs to either sign up to multiple other offers in order to get the gift card, or at times is even required to purchase something. So these are not really "free" offers.

    We have quite a few people running such offers on Bonadza, cpa marketers seem to be pretty successful promoting these via display traffic.

    Usually you get paid off the first or second page submit. As for the customer, they get their gift card when they complete various signups with promotional advertisers.
