Is there an ACTIVE affiliate marketing training forum?

By training forum I'm referring to affplaybook, ppc-coach, STM, IMgrind, SMFT etc.

I have joined 2 so far and both of had great reviews but once I joined I realized that their users were active, 1-2 years ago! and now only a few people posted per day. Even the site coaches were not that responsive anymore. (that means only replied to a few posts a week)

I want to join one of these paid forums but I wanted to know which ones had an active user base. Not just 2-3 semi-active members like the ones I joined.

well, guess you are at the best place here, there is also digitalpoint forum where lots of people are around.
beside that, i have a membership site for affiliate marketing but we have just a chatroom where you can reach me every day to get help. not sure if you are looking for a real forum to be in touch or learning material?

I was thinking of joining a private forum. But just wanted to know which one was more active as that'll help in improving faster. Rather than me waiting for 2-3 days to get any response on my query.

I could PM you that if you want. I wouldn't want to be seen as defaming any paid forum.

oh i see. sorry. i´m around every day to answer questions in the chatroom. i thought that would be a better option because i´m on the computer for 7-8 hours every day anyway.
but a forum? well, not sure which to name. usually when the internet marketers start their program they are around, answer, help, etc - but then, once a lot of members are there they disappear. i know from my experience that i spent most time waiting for answers when i just started and i HATED to wait for days to move on. or even worse - i finally lost my motivation and gave up because i didn't get an answer - that's why i like it here - you usually get answers in no time. sorry for being not a better help.

    What two did you join?

I'm not a member of any of those forums anymore, but when I was they were definitely active.

What are you specifically trying to learn? Maybe we can suggest something more specific for you.

Well, I'm thinking of either PPC or PPV.

I could PM you the names of the forum if you want. Wouldn't want to defame any forum.

Sometimes the most ACTIVE forums are the WORST forums...

It's all about quality of content NOT how constant a new thread pops up..

But I understand what you mean.

I'm still on mine everyday answering every thread. Have been for the past 5 years.

I like to think a lot of the "new batch" get bored and run out of motivation so they just disappear on people. They should just close it down instead of pretending they're still interested in having it. But to each his own.

This place and a couple others have hurt the private forum business, but they're different animals.
