Hit two road blocks, even before I could initiate CPA
I have a blog having about +500 visitors a day. I monetized this blog with adsense about since six months ago. As adsense is giving me low income, so I thought of initiating CPA on this blog. But today I have hit two road blocks before even I could initiate. I seek your advise on these two hurdles:
1.I just read today, Google does not like the sites having CPAs offers. They just rank such sites having CPA offers lower.
2. I was just searching on Maxbounty site. I read there that currently they are not approving Indian & Chines applications.
Please advise on the above two hurdles.
