Is media.net CPI or PPC or both?

I recently put media.nets (aka yahoo/bing ads) on one of my sites. Their FAQs section is bleak at best. I can't find a strait answer on this. And English is not my reps first language I believe. So it's like pulling teeth to get strait answers.

      Thank you. So I get paid if they simply visit and then I get paid more if they click? Is that right? Or is it one or the other?
