CPM Question - BuyAds.Com

Hey guys,

I have a little question about this whole cpm advertising thing. I was checking out buyads.com and they sell ad spaces on popular websites like forbes.com.

So my question is: When I order such an CPM offer does that mean that my banner will automatically be taken off of the website after it reached 1000 clicks and I have to order it another time?

Thanks for your answers,

Michael

No. With CPM you pay per thousand impression. So lets say you pay $1 per cpm, then you're paying $1 per 1000 people who sees your banner or someone else's website.

Note: You probably had to add a budget for your campaign. When you have reached that budget your campaign will pause for the day out.

FB Ads would be a better place to start if you are new to media buying.

No, it won't be taken after you reach that mark. Also good point on budget limitation, or maybe some other limitations (f.e. particular number of imps have been served and campaign automatically stops).

I agree with all the Facebook Ads comments. Good place to start.

It is a bit different than Media Buying, but it teaches you how to manage high volume.
