What's the best CPA for PPV advertising?

Hi everyone,

I am an experienced affiliate marketer, however it seems these days I am struggling with Neverblue in terms of getting support from my AM.

I rarely get a response, and when I do it's generally to wait longer for a more in-depth reply, which in most cases I never get.

With this being said, I also am skeptical that they track correctly having several issues with 'real time tracking' I do not think all of their clients are linked up correctly to Neverblue's tracking system.

Basically, Neverblue is annoying me...so does anyone know of another CPA network which has a lot of DLS/PPV offers which has good support from AMs?

    Neverblue is the largest CPA network in the world.

    If you aren't getting the answers you need via email, try calling them.

    Your profile says you are in London, England. That might be part of the problem - Neverblue is based out of western Canada, that's about an 11 hour time difference. So odds are you are emailing them when your account manager isn't in the office.

      Hi Christian,

      Definitely - they are massive and I have worked with them for several years but I just feel that waiting several weeks for an informative reply is a little too much and when they come out in the open about tracking not working on a certain campaign that was once over 75% positive ROI and now more like -25% negative due to tracking issues that I had to ask them about, it just seems silly.

      I used to be be in this line of business, I worked for Groupon in the UK so I know how busy it can get, but as an AM you should really be looking after the affiliates that are working their ass off for you, rather than letting them go.

      Any other CPA network ideas?

    Yeah I have worked with them before, but not currently.

    Do they accept PPV traffic? I've always thought in recent years most networks such as Trade Doubler and Affiliate Window have become more strict on PPV activity.

    I would suggest calling NeverBlue's office an asking for a new affiliate manager.

    I've never had tracking issues with them.

    But check out these other networks:

    Peerfly
    MaxBounty
    Ads4Dough
    ClickBooth
    Convert2Media

    They all work great with PPV.

    To be honest, without sounding rude - how would you know if you have had tracking issues with a network or not?

    Unless you're performance considerably drops, it would be fairly difficult to understand considering the lack of data which is available within a networks interface.

    However, I only had the issue with one of the advertisers so far, so it could of just been the one advertiser - either way annoying.

    Don't take all the above as a negative though, I did used to manage Groupon in the UK and I managed our relationship with Neverblue, they were giving us a considerably large amount of leads and did an amazing job.

    Yes I agree, so how would you know if you're having issues with tracking?

    Basically the same reason you are pointing a finger saying they could have a possible tracking issues, is the reason I'm was saying I haven't had any issues with them that.

    Clearly there isn't anyway for either of us to know without NeverBlue saying anything.

    I'm just stating I haven't experienced anything that appears as a tracking related hiccup.

    That's all I was implying.

    Oh sorry thought I mentioned it above, my AM told me once I told him that it seems the advertiser may be having issues with tracking, the only reason I knew is from experience as an advertiser for a global brand...these things do happen.

    I know Greedy, sorry didn't mean for it to sound aggressive or anything

    I'd suggest calling them, but if you're looking for another network then I suggest looking at peerfly, maxbounty, ads4dough, convert2media

    Sorry Mate, I've used Neverblue for years and had few problems. My AM replies within minutes during working hours and always within 24 hours, even if it's weekend and the office is closed.

    I'm not disagreeing with you but this could all be down to which AM you have. My Guy is in the Hong Kong office.
