CPALead bans accounts pretty aggressively.

I had my banned once, but a simple email and follow up phone call fixed everything.

You should reach out to them.

hello My name is Ben. I m from India. I am using cpalead from 1st DEC 2015 as a publisher ID # 572429
Cpalead is the best cpa network i have ever seen.
But.,,,, from my personal experience cpalead hurt me. I have using cpalead 2 months and earned 650.09 $ and 15 referrals, a good start i have extra 2 accounts but i didnt use them, everyone have multiple accounts like me ! one day i was unable from chatbox and my cpalead advertisements are deleted. I was ignored them. i was sent a lot of messages to justin. He answers 10% for my questions. and 1st Feb my account has been terminated ): due to : Multiple violations in TOS I had $222.81 (INR : 15,071.98) unpaid generated earning. My 222.81$ is still pending..
A lot of bad experience from cpalead. Now my account is still terminated with $222.81 unpaid earnings. payment date 29th Feb 2016.

Hello Bikram,
As stated many times there were multiple violations occurred on your end and I have been working with you diligently to correct them and have the rules followed and you continued to break them. No, not everyone has multiple accounts.

No messages were ignored and you were responded to on every message but you continually broke our rules which I provided many 2nd chances for you. If you have any further concerns and issues I can handle this at my email like I have been doing at Justin@cpalead.com.

My CPAlead account has been terminated. Without any Notice, I am a CPAlead Ninja and I had not received cpalead medal, which was redeemed on 7th JAN 2016. My account has been terminated wrongfully, and there is nothing answers for my emails. I don't know when and how I was voilated the TOS of cpalead. I am not using multiple accounts. my multiple accounts are already blocked by admininstor. What con I do now ? ID 572429.

  This was far from without any notice, I provided you with help and guidance after multiple instances of breaking the rule, all info was provided for you in your email.
  
  You state you haven't been using multiple accounts yet in the next sentence state your other accounts were already blocked.
  
  I have answered your emails with the latest info but there is no need to make additional forum posts here.

  I mean, I used multiple accounts earlier , not nowadays ! but What is the validity for Termination ? days or months what ? CPALeadTroy says(in Forum) it is for 30days !. Is it true ? . And what is the status for my Cpalead award prize ? which was redeemed on 8th JAN 2016.
