Need short help for TrafficVance

I try to get an account with TrafficVance but now i get this message

Hello ,

Thank you for your response. We are requiring that all marketers be endorsed by an active Trafficvance advertiser. Please have a current advertiser with a minimum of $50/day spend send me their endorsement.

At this time, Vick Striheuz and High Traffic Academy does not meet our full requirements as a referral. If you are a part of another affiliate network please reply with the name of the network and your account managers contact information. We may be able to reach out to them for an endorsement of you. Once we have this information we can move forward with the application process.
