Question regarding FB ad with Custom Audiance, How do you guys use Facebook IDs??

Lately there like so many FB ID scrappers have launched here on FB and I had this one question puzzling me all the way, For anyone who doesn't know what I am talking about, Facebook ID scrapper are cute little piece of software that scraps Facebook user IDs for any particular FB Group, page etc. so you can add such IDs up ouon your FB advertisement and get better targeting with your ads.

My question is:

Let's say I scrapped the id using such software, I scrapped IDs from a nich-specific group, now I am gonna promote CPA stuff, now in the group there'd be people from all over the globe while my CPA offer is merely available for only one country, and the worse thing is, there is just no determined proportion of people from country other than the one which is allowed with your CPA stuff, How do you work around this?

    You can geo target, it will just reduce your potential impressions.

    If it's a scraper, it's going to get shut down.

    If it uses their API, it should be fine.

    after you load the ids then you can then filter by gender, country, etc using facebook targeting.

    I tried this shit.

    Does not work.

    It's no better than normal targeting and you can't do it on a HUGE scale.

    Waste of time, the people making money from it are those selling the software IMO.
