Landing Page - Picture Copyright?

Has anyone stumbled across this problem?

When you tried different pictures for your landing pages and someone mailed you that picture belongs to him/her and you violated their copyright?

It didn't happen to me, just curious

Not for pictures, but one time I put the TOS from an offer on my LP and then switched to another offer and forget to change it.

Well, I ended up getting a C&D letter from offer #1.
