Help: Any idea where I could sell $450K to $5M+ franchises
I am investigating how to quickly build a network of franchises for a complex and lucrative niche (the niche is complex but the service is relatively easy to operate once you have the machinery. Any city with 250K+ population would make money out of that service.
I have been working with a long-time client/friend of mine on a R&D venture for a security solution for governmental institutions, banking & financial, Military and other large scale organization. We have scrapped several machines costing hundreds of thousands of dollars before getting the right result and we kept spending on improvement once we had the right result.
It's innovative, it's been audited by governmental officials and exceed the highest security criterias for governmental requirements.
We are pretty successful to gain new customers once we manage to reach our prospects, which are mostly VP's of Fortune 500, but getting through all the gatekeepers and getting 2 minutes of attention requires a great deal of work!
The service requires a piece of hardware with a $300K cost, which bring in average $3500,00/hour revenues while it's operating.
For the past 20 years, a few businesses have made billions in sales offering a similar solution which fails at meeting governmental recommendations, so I can't divulge more details regarding the service until my client approves the marketing strategy.
