What would be the best, most efficient, cost effective way to set up some pre-sell pages for CPA Path products? Is Fiverr a good way to go? Looking for any advice folks can throw at me. Thanks in advance!

What traffic source you are going to use ? Have a look at WP optimize press theme its a solid theme to create presell pages etc

  I was thinking about using twitter for one idea. Isn't the pre-sell pages set-up available on the cheap at fiverr?? Or is that a bad idea?

People on Fiverr don't really know how make to be a decent "Pre-Sale Page" aka Landing Page.

Your best bet when starting out is to learn how to do this yourself, this is a valuable skill that needs to be learned. If you want to make good money in CPA/Affiliate marketing.

It isn't a hard skill to acquire.

Start with something simple and build off of the offer's page.
