How to split test gateways for content locking CPA

I want to split test the different incentive CPA networks such as AWM, CPA lead, and adscend.

the way they set up each of their Gateways is a little different, so how would I make it so that I can split test the Gateways in real time?

    Why not setup a different site for each gateway, then also have another site that is a php rotator and will rotate and redirect to a different site each time?
