Is this "part" this easy?

AD NETWORKS

I'm fairly new and i setup a few campaigns in cpvlab and they've been running for a day or so. They've been getting some views, but no conversions yet. My question is... is this part of the whole thing this easy? Like setting it up and just letting it run? I feel like I'm missing something because setting everything up was simple. I realize you need to analyze and see what works after you spend a certain amount on a campaign. I also realize finding what works isn't easy. I'm just asking about that "part".

Well sure.

Plugging in a few keywords, setting a budget, and then hitting run is extremely easy.

It is conversion rates, budget, and the rest that are hard.

  Well i mean what else should you do to a campaign besides analyze it when it's time and decide what keywords to kill and what keywords to keep and what not; add landing page etc.

Test each URL/Keyword for 1x-1.5x the offer's payment.

Make changes.

Then repeat.
