NO Trademark Bidding?

I have came across a product and it says NO Trademark Bidding. I am not 100% on what this means.

Say i wanted to promote, flexbelt. I created a domain flexbelt.com would that come under trademark bidding?

How could i rank for a certain product if i cant use it's product name.

Sorry i am newbie. Thanks.

no trademark bidding means you can't bid on their keywords, like flexbelt, flexbelt reviews etc. I'm not completely sure if making a domain name with the offer name in it counts (because I've never done it before) but in my opinion, it shouldn't and you're just ranking the site, so you should be fine.

Cant bid on their networks'' what does that actually mean though?

So say the flexbelt offer had 'no trademark bidding'. Could i make a domain for example. flexbeltsolutions.com/the-flex-belt-reviews

Would that be classed as trademark bidding?

You should check with your rep, but a lot of times these are keywords you can't use in your ads on Adwords mainly. Not necessarily applying to your domain name or page name. Especially if it's a product you're selling.

It's different from program to program, so just shoot an email to your rep and they'll clarify it for you if they're a good program.

Ads on adwords? I wouldn't be paying for ads. I'll just use these keywords and rank them through free traffic. Is that fine?

If its seo then you are not bidding on keywords and it should be fine, but as always you should double check with your am to ensure its ok
