How much do publishers normally get for co registration leads?
I thought we would get paid around $1 per lead we get for them but I read somewhere that they get an average of $12-15 per co reg lead when someone agrees to be signed up to another persons list right after subscribing to theirs? The post was about 2 years ago though..
