Good GPT designs/templates?

I am in need of a GPT site design or template. I am using ShiftCode. I'm on a pretty tight budget and considered just buying one of the pre-made templates from seraphsdesigns.com but I wanted to check first and see if anyone knows of any other templates that are cheap or any designers willing to code it for a low cost? Thanks

    There's a forum here on Warrior called Website Design you could check out. You also might want to try elance.com or freelancer.com.

    Since you're saying you're on a tight budget, how about fiverr?

    Why not? People are dying to do WHATEVER job there for 5 bucks, so give it a try.

    Anyways, low budget expect low quality.
