Has anyone been approved a year later?

I applied to an affiliate network about one year ago and got denied. Then out of nowhere, I was accepted today. Has this happened to anyone else or is this one of those red flags?

NDemand Affiliates. I did some searching and I have a feeling that the email was a fake, but I could be wrong. The affiliate manager they assigned to me is "Bibo Ndemand." Obviously Ndemand isn't the real last name and affpaying shows no manager by the name of Bibo. Affpaying lists 5 people with their real last names.

I sent them an email to double check, so I guess we'll see.

I received a similar email today, with the same affiliate manager, "Bibo Ndemand" I applied a year and a half ago to Ndemand and was denied. It definitely sounds fishy to me!

I wouldn't bother if it was me, if they take a year to approve you, how long will it take them to pay you?

Could be better if you stick with proven networks. At least you will be paid for sales/leads you make...

That's interesting and I'm glad I'm not the only one. (maybe glad is the wrong word. How about worried for others?)

Never happened with me and never did I hear anything like this before, May be they approved you cause they need more affiliates... Or else might be some kind of a scam.
    Be careful!

Update: I contacted them yesterday by going to their website, then clicking on Contact Us on the very bottom of their page. I asked them about it and they emailed me with the email address I provided them on the form. Mike Pacheco said I do have an account with them.

I can type in their correct URL and log in perfectly fine. However, my affiliate manager is still this Bibo person? This is just too weird for me haha

It just happened to me. I checked the Ndemand emails in my account and it was denied in late 2011. Anyway, I went to their website and login from their Affiliate link and got through. So, it should be genuine.

It happened to me once back then when I just had started. It wasn't 1 year, it was 3 months I believe. BUT, never ever worked with them after that, I don't trust them.

to be honest. IF they Take a year to accept you they are not interested in there business and I donot understand why all the sudden they Accepted you While in the past they Rejected you.

My advice will be stay away from them and try well known Networks or create you own product.

I don't think it is wise to work with a network who approves you after a year.
That's very strange. Talk to the manager and may be he will explain something

Sounds strange! what were they doing 12 months. You must seriously look into things or either stay away from them.
