Direct linking with bing?

I plan on setting up a Bing ppc ad by using a opt in form from my auto responder to pop over the link to start building my list. Has anyone had success doing this or is it even worth trying.

    What do you mean by "pop over the link" ... "pop over the page"?

    Anyways, list building via PPC works great regardless of the network.

    Now regarding Bing Ads in terms of approvals/not getting banned. It depends on how spammy you make it seem, and the niche.

    I dont think i'm understanding..
    You plan on advertising with bing, then sending the traffic where? and poping up your autoresponder where?
