BuzzCity takes so long to deliver traffic?

Well, this is my first thread on Warrior Forum. I hope i'm not breaking any rule.

As some of you know, i'm seting up campaigns on BuzzCity to deliver traffic to some offers i'm testing.

Yesterday was my first day with BuzzCity, I already tested some other mobile traffic sources.. but with BuzzCity i was surprised, because it takes a lot of time to get Exposure (impressions).. I'm paying for CPC ads, not for CPM.

It's true that I targeted the traffic as well as I can, but I don't think that the campaigns that i'm running have lower exposure, because all they are for iPhone and Android cellphones, targeted by top impressions countries and with the average CPC.

At the moment I have about 1500 exposure, in about 10 hours with the campaign live. At this rate, I'll get to my daily budget in a week more or less.

So, the question is, i'm doing anything wrong? Do I have to increase my maximun bid for click or something? Or is this just normal in BuzzCity due to the high demand of advertisers?

Well, that's all.
I'm making a Skype group to exchange info about offers and mobile campaigns. I'm disposed to give you a quick guide to start if you want to.

Thanks Warrior Forum, I hope my next thread will be thanking you for inspiring me to start with mobile cpa.

ps: sorry for my bad english

Low traffic means you're bidding too low.

I'm not too familiar with Buzzcity, but if they have a CPC algorithm (like Facebook does) then your ad's performance might effect your volume too, so your CTR might be too low for them to justify giving you more traffic.

Thanks for your reply. I will test cloning one campaign with a better CPC to see if I have any results. Thanks.

I don't think newbies can make money with buzzcity.

Well, I think all the people starts as a newbie. Maybe some of us takes more time to understand and complete our goal, I would apreciate if you give me an advice to understand how to make money with buzzcity.

      Thanks!

In my opinion BuzzCity is PERFECT for newbies.
I started with BuzzCity six month ago with only $100...

Anyway, try to bid higher or change your banner.

      Wish you the best,
      David

Yes, by changing the bid from low to high, we can get quality traffic.

    Use Buzzcity for:

    Asia and SA offers
    Featurephone offers
    App install

Go through the campaign planner as many times as you need to understand what it's saying. A huge inventory for smartphones might mean 99% Blackberry, 0.8% iphone and 0.2% Android. And remember to track if you are not already doing so.

Also do some calculation on the campaign planner to see how much traffic you will be expecting.

Buzzcity does work for major countries, but you won't get much traffic. I have been the highest bidder for a few major countries. Traffic wasn't as bad as you are showing, but not that great.

As long as you still have a choice, you can't say it's hard.

I found a lot of Buzzcity traffic was Blackberry traffic going to Africa, even though I had targeted US and UK. I switched Blackberry off and the traffic dried up almost completely. Found it a total waste of time to be honest.

I had the same results. I was about to give up earlier, then people here convinced me to keep pushing and true enough I was able to get better results after a month of daily testing. But there was only so much I could do due to limited traffic for what I was promoting.

Also, this David guy few post above me has been caught out as being a fraud and is now missing in action, so I wouldn't believe anything he says. Not a single traffic source is newbie friendly, the learning curve is steep for every traffic source and it takes not only time but also a lot of money to test.

Choose a big network, stick to it until you can make money, then diversify and scale to others. I wish I had learned that earlier so I wouldn't have paid so much 'school fees'.
