Kill can me "stop" the offer, or it can mean "just killing it" in terms o domination.

Not sure what the questions is.

Are you asking how much do we test a specific offer, or a specific campaign?

It depends on a # of factors. Each situation/campaign is different so it's hard to give an overall answer. Can you post the stats of a campaign you've ran?

As everyone has stated, it varies
how I typically do it - I monitor on the target level, once a target hits the offer payout, if it hasn't generated a lead then I pause it. I also have a budget of example $50 per campaign and if I have no leads by that time then i'll stop the campaign.

If your payout is $5 you should spend a minimum of $5per URL in advertising expenses before making judgement. So yes you would pay $50 overall

However much you would like to invest honestly.

If you only have $100 dont spend all $100 on your first round because chances are your not gonna get that much return to invest for round 2. Split it accordingly and find a budget that works within your means

First run = pay for data
Second run = tweak working campaigns to improve results
Third run = keep your constants and try to add more

This is just my personal routine

2nd run can be anything - You may need to change the LP, Ad text, banner, ect ... This stage is about optimizing your first results to find a consistent and working process for a particular offer

The 3rd stage ... yes keep the URL's / Keywords that are producing income but start testing new URL's / keywords so that you can "scale up" and create more profit
