need your opinion for this CPA method

CPA offers with PPC is 100% math game. Your initial spend and tests will be big and the more you do the more you will optimize. Your initial PPC bids will be high and then come down as you better your CTR.

Unless you have a chunk of cash for the initial learning and testing I would not recommend it. Unless of course you're a mathematician and are far better at crunching the numbers than 99% of others.

You could look for much cheaper ad networks and even try the "100K visitors for $100" kind of thing but again you're still back to testing your creative and doing the math to squeeze it. On the $100 traffic - they are basically popunders on low value traffic sites which are kids and a lower demographic looking for freebies and are compulsive: gambling, games, sex, relationships, dating, weight loss, emotional stuff, pay day loans etc might work best there. On the popunder offer some free giveaway (ebook, secret link) related to one of the compulsive areas after the submit their email. This would then allow you to email the CPA offer several times which would increase your overall CTR and increase your profit.

Use a tracking server to do a the redirect like tracking202/prosper202.

Adwords will ban you for using CPA, especially if you are doing direct linking.

If you don't have a big budget, I wouldn't suggest doing paid ads. What can't you do free promoting?

You should be using a landing page, it will help the offer convert better, and don't start with Adwords.

What traffic source are you thinking of using? If you want to do ppc I highly recommend staying away from Adwords and use bing or 7search to start
