    It lists all the biggest CPA/Affiliate blogs.

    I think he is asking: "Are blogs good for cpa marketing"

    In this interpretation, the question is pretty vague.

    If you already have a prebuilt audience of subscribers, CPA could be the icing on the cake.

    If you are dedicating yourself to just CPA, then PPC and Landing Pages are your best option.

    I assume based on your earlier posts that you want to know:
    "Is a blog good for cpa marketing"

    Blogs, particularly wordpress based sites are commonly used by marketers, you would probably be using SEO to build up free traffic from search engines. (The disadvantage of free traffic is it is difficult to scale, if one finds a profitable paid banner ad campaign they can increase the traffic quickly by buying more ad placements.)

    Wordpress is used by some 17% of the top 1 Million web sites, the countless themes and plugins available allow you to make a site that does not look like a blog.

    You would have to write lots of content or hire writers to earn good search engine ranking. While some direct linking paid advertising campaigns would require little writing.

    The menus you automatically get with a blog might not be appropriate for a paid advertising Landing Page where you want to keep the visitor captive on that page. Blogs may also load more slowly that static sites if you are driving large traffic, perhaps thousands of visitors an hour.
