Carpet Installation Leads

Hey, I've been working on my new site, http://www.freecarpetestimates.com (idk if links are allowed) and I have a small amount of traffic but I generate about 2-5 leads a day across the united states for people and businesses that need carpet installed. I was wondering if anyone knew of any affiliate networks or other lead retails that deal in carpet and flooring leads?

any and all help would be appreciated in terms of monetizing this site (before I start pouring a ton more hours into the site to get the traffic even higher).

thoughts? ideas?

I don't know of any off the top of my head, i'd recommend searching odigger and offervault, if that fails maybe look at clickbank and commissionjunction to see if you can find anything.

If that all fails try to visit websites of the niche and see if they have an inhouse affiliate program, and if not contact them and see if you can make arrangements with them.

You should go to the local companies directory and make a list of all that companies that you can provide services. Then arrange a good Marketing campaign using also post mail.

I can help you with the info gathering tool if you need.
Do not just use email marketing, that will remove your credibility. Try to differentiate.

I appreciate all of the feedback when it was received, and I did take it into consideration thank you.

andddddd, I have an update for you all!

I was able to find an awesome lead re-seller for flooring workers and many more types of contractors. I even have my own account rep and I am able to POST my leads directly to their system right from my form; how cool!!!!

I'm getting $18/lead that is placed in their network, and $12/ea when they can't place the lead and a partner of theirs can. My leads seem to place at a rate of 71% which is great, but could be improved upon with more focus on areas that they have service providers in.

...and no that is not my conversion rate (I WISH), my traffic is converting into leads at around 7% overall.

I putting together a call center to process phone calls and get a phone number listed on my site. The call center will allow me to reach out to various carpet installers themselves and earn much more than the puny $12-$18 per lead. (I haven't had one lead place for $18... suprising right?)

but thats all I got for updates now, I am open to anyones questions, comments, or suggestions... all types of criticism are welcome!!

This is good news how you've been able to monetize your leads. Now to get more leads. Are you using Facebook ads? Are you placing links and banner ads on home improvement related blogs? How are you advertising your site now?

My 2 cents would be the following.

You have leads coming in in certain areas. Market them out to local companies for more than the $18 you are currently getting.

Remember the customer is the focal point. They want a decent service. They are obviously becoming a lead because they want a carpet. If you give them the option of 3-5 local companies then you charge the companies $30 each. That way you are making $90-$150 per lead and the customer is getting the choice of local companies.

One thing I will say that will hinder your prospects on finding local companies (or one big national company) is that they will want to see that the lead is qualified. So they may only pay out after contact has been made and confirmation that the lead actually wants a carpet fitted.
