Beginner need some help

I've been looking into CPA marketing for some weeks now gathering info and all and now i have some questions.

Is it true Peerfly doesn't use an interview and just sends you a confirmation code instead?

Are there CPA companies that do not require a Phone interview? My spoken English is pretty bad and I feel like I would not be able to fully explain myself in an interview. I allready got denied by maxbounty because I have no experience in this field.

mobpartner peeked my interest with its mobile offers, would you reccomend Mobpartner for a total rookie or are there more beginner friendly programs out there? I would be interested in dating/gaming offers.
I have about $500 to spend on my learning curve so ... thats not a whole lot.

Also for traffic I read that for mobile traffic you should pay less per click then for normall cpa offers. Is there any traffic source dedicated to mobile traffic? I know Buzzcity is mainly for Asian traffic but what would be best for the US/Europe

    You can try to setup Skype. But most prefer phone.

    I am still testing mobile myself.

    I haven't had enough success to give any real advice.

    yep i allready contacted a couple of networks like peerfly via email and asked if they would be able to do Skype with me but so far no responses.

    I think so long as you can express yourself in writing you can juggle up and talk with them on phone. There is a lot of scamming in the industry and so most networks are sticking with phone interviews. Just try out calling one of the networks and see how it goes and atleast you will have tried no matter the outcome.

    Most networks perform a phone interview to ensure quality and to keep out scammers. Don't be too worried if you aren't great at English.

    I don't believe peerfly requires a phone interview but it probably depends on how you answer the questions on your application.

    Yes. Some CPA are very strict. I am part of an affiliate network and they have to approve your registration. But they have in house training so their not very picky.

    Well I left CPA networks 2 years ago and as far I can remember I didn't give any interview to peerfly.May be because I had a good website with considerable amount of traffic and I provide my marketing techniques in details during registration with them.Maxbounty and neverblueads are pretty strict.You also can try adcend media too as they also didn't ask for an interview to me.Just make sure you provide them in detail during registration how you are going to market their offer.If you have a website/blog put that in appropriate field.
