Is it necessary to make your own LP's?

So I'm just wondering if learning HTML would help a lot, or you could just download other peoples LP's and edit them. I mean there is the copy and paste methods that are quite easy to do also. I'm already in a couple networks and i stopped all my campaigns because I'm trying to learn HTML in hoping to get some profit. I get a ton of views, but never any leads and I'm not sure why. I feel like I'm missing something when i run my campaigns like pop up size and what not. I'm actually not really sure how to adjust the ad size so people can view it perfectly. I also feel like my affiliate manager doesn't really know what to recommend, because whenever i try them, i don't get much success.

Besides learning HTML you should also tackle CSS style sheets. I know that's a lot, but those are the basics even if you're modifying a template.

If I had to recommend only one book for you it would be "Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML" by Elisabeth Freeman & Eric Freeman.

The one tool I could not live without is Firebug for Firefox. It's a free add-on extension for the Firefox browser. With it you can do a lot of things in real time. It makes it easy to try things out in CSS before you commit them in your style sheet editor.

It isn't 100% always necessary to make your own LPs; but it certainly does help in the long run. This is particularly true if you need to test multiple pages for your marketing campaigns. The money you save building your own pages does add up.

If you don't know HTML, you can always outsource on places such as Fiverr. However, taking the short time it'll take to learn HTML pays off in dividends. HTML (along with copywriting) is one of the first things I ever learned when I started marketing online years ago.

Go to a place like W3Schools (W3Schools Online Web Tutorials) and learn it. It might take you like 1 to 2 weeks, but it's well worth it.

Sooner or later you'll need to have it learned if you tend to be for quite some time in this business in the future.

You can learn it online. There are LOTS of free resources as well as YouTube videos you can learn from.

It's a very good idea to learn html/php and make your own. No one is going to hand you a very good lp if they are using it and making money from it.

The other big thing, the content of the lp is more important than the design in most cases IMO. So work on your selling, negotiations and persuasion skills.

Also another huge thing is split testing, never think the first lp will be a winner, it takes time to split test as well.
