POF estimated volume?

What I really don't like about POF is that you never know your estimated reach, unlike Facebook.
Anyhow, my campaign targets quite broad, white Canadian females within a 5-year age group to be exact. I bid 0.21 CPM but still got under 1k impressions per hour.

Is this because of my bid, should I increase it? Also if I narrow my targeting, should I bid higher or lower? Anyone with more experience please help! Thanks a bunch!

    POF doesn't have as much traffic. I don't think you will get that much more traffic in that demographic, but you could try like a $0.31 bid and see how that goes. Don't expect too much though.

    Your demographic is pretty small, you need to either add more countries or expand your ages
