Looking for high paying and best affiliate products to make money with. I mostly do SEO and looking for some suggestions. I know about e cigs, hcg, garcinia, payday loans, etc. Thats not what I'm looking for, looking for something that isnt' talked about, where you could possibly make some good money with, please suggest.

What niche are you specifically interested in?

I don't know if you've worked or heard about ClickBank. It's surely A BIG marketplace where you can find many high paying affiliate products.

Ofcoarse I've heard about clickbank, CJ, sharesale, all of the CPA networks, but thats not what Im looking for, looking for other products, networks to work with, for example like gold, etc.

This would be for you to figure out, not us. Find something you know about or are comfortable working with and work to promote it. Just because something works for one person, doesnt mean it will for you.

If it isn't talked about, it probably does not exist. You could spend a long time searching for that 'perfect' product to promote where there is no competition and the payouts are high: I'm not saying it's not out there, but you might not come across it until the cat's out of the bag and everyone else starts to promote it.

Instead I think it is more advisable to go figure out one of those high-paying competitive niches you mention. Competition is always a sign that money is being made, and really who has the time to set up a site and ad campaigns in an area that turns out not to be profitable?

Yes focus on FOREX but dont promote crap from Clickbank, instead focus on promoting forex brokers to beginners and build list from day 1.

It is THE niche if you want to make lots of money.

Talking SEO wise you will have zero chances to rank only if you focus on some niche inside forex like strategies or something similar. Forex is generally high competitive industry in Google.

This is the biggest problem for every new affiliate, but keep in mind nobody has the truth, only suggestions, that can work 100% or 80% , to get the best product to promote, you have to browse products relevant to your blog or website. For example,I suggest Mobe affiliate program if you're looking for money making program.

Aww cmon guys ... that's all kiddie stuff, even Forex which is mostly sales based eventually. Besides, them margins are WAY too low and you never make it out the basement. Try this on for size: Insurance quotes (i.e. health, life, insurance, salary) and debt management enquiries. That is serious money and the markets are just feeding off the recession.

I do all of the above via my own sites but stick to PPC only and get paid between £25 - £37 a lead! That is for each person clicking the submit button on my homepage with accurate name and phone number. If you can do SEO your margins will be pretty sick, but I just don't have the patience for it so PPC is my game

forex may have high paying offers but may not have too many takers unlike debt or or weightloss

Go for some lead generation products in the financial niche. Payouts start from £30 per lead...
PPC would be your best choice though.

Here is my 5-Step System which I Share with you..

1. Use Google to find products that are included in affiliate program
2. Check their sites using SEO metrics to make sure that they are not abandoned
3. Use Google to find user reviews proving those services are not scam
4. From these products choose to affiliate only with those companies that offer you real time reports on clicks, leads etc
5. The Final Test, make a lead using your affiliate link and wait to see if that lead was correctly tracked by the system of your affiliate.

If you do some digging around ClickBank you can find some off the path niches.

But I would recommend sticking with CPA, and instead of avoiding the big niches like Weight Loss, find angle to promote them from. This way you don't have to compete with so many people. Since you are doing SEO I would use Google's Keyword tool to try to find an angle.
