Qwaya and Tracking 202 - conversion tracking?

How do I make these two talk together or rather, is Qwaya enough to get conversion data? Does Qwaya have a conversion pixel I can use with my affiliate networks?

I've never used qwaya, but as long as you can use subids you should be able to track without any issues.

I remember back in the day one of the problems with Qwaya was exactly this. You had no way to add separate subids per ad in Qwaya.

A google search brought me here: Qwaya conversion tracking - support

Yah, I found that but honestly I can't figure it out.

The problem though is mainly that one network can't insert the Facebook java pixel script so I have to run it through something else. Otherwise I believe Qwaya can give conversion data from the 'new' Facebook conversion tracking yes?

Otherwise, could you recommend some Facebook ad management software with easy conversion tracking like Qwaya?

  • Hi,

What you are trying to do is not possible out of the box with Prosper202 but pretty easy to setup in ClickServer202

In Step one you'd setup a post back url for your Qwaya account. Here's how to format the url
    Code:
    https://x.qwaya.com/direct?adgroup_id=[[c1]]&tr=[[payout]]&ccy=USD&ti=[[subid]]
Step 1: With Qwaya post back url formatted

Then format your redirect link like this:

    http://domain/tracking202/redirect/dl.php?t202id=299132&c1=${id}&t202kw=${name}

Using ${name} for the t202kw value is optional, you are free to set it to whatever you want

Finally place the universal smart pixel code on your conversion page.

You can also use the universal smart pixel url as a post back url. When it's fired it will mark the conversion in ClickServer202 and then fire the Qwaya post back as well.

    Hope this helps

I'm sorry Nana, but this is not well enough explained, like most 'guides' in Qwaya or your software there is too much assumed knowledge and terminology. I need an explanation to even explain what a Postback url is etc. I'm a complete noob in tracking ppc, switching over from SEO.

I need to know exactly how to the Facebook conversion pixel works with Qwaya, affiliate networks and Clickserver202 with as little implied terminology as possible. I did not think Tracking 202 was user friendly, on the contrary it seems needlessly nerdy and complicated in it's support. It's a common trap for coders, I know that, but try to assume your audience to be clueless, which I am when it comes to tracking ppc.
