I hope that you are alright

I know that there are a lot of helpful people among you and I wonder if someone can help me building my list through a squeeze page that I have recenty created .

    If you already have a page to collect the emails it sounds like you just need a traffic source to drive traffic to your page?

        As mentioned, traffic is the name of the game now. Drive traffic while simultaneously testing your squeeze like a maniac and you'll be fine. Start small, test small, and ramp up as you optimize the squeeze conversion.

        Of course the backend is where the money is...get this enough and you can suck at traffic and suck at squeeze conversion and still make lots of money

    Well you've answered your own question already: sounds like you just need to drive traffic!

    Two ways that can be done: paid and free.

    Consider your budget and that'll dictate your options. Your niche also probably dictates a lot of methods that will work/ are successful in both regards.

        You need to drive targeted traffic to your page. You could post on various nutritional and fitness forums (don't spam) and promote it on there if they allow links in signatures. Take advantage of Facebook and Twitter to promote it to interested people on there. If you can create a good enough video, make a YouTube video about it and put the link in the description.

    before you start driving traffic to build your list you need the system set up first, this is something most people don't do hence why a lot of people don't make money with list building

    you need a squeeze page where you get at least 30% opt in rate otherwise you will be losing far too much traffic. That being said you need a squeeze page that pre-conditions people for seeing your front end product or oto

    you need some follow ups in place i would recommend at least 7 days worth

    this is the bare minimum you need to make money and then of course you just send traffic to your squeeze page

    once you have this little system set up you can then scale things from there and include upsells, downsells and exit redirects etc to squeeze out more profits when building your lists

    You could also source out some websites where nutrition is the case and contact the admin to ask if you could buy a place for your banner ad within their website, or you can do similar using YouTube videos, just find topic related videos that rank high, contact the owner and ask the price for inserting your squeeze page link in the video.

    You might be able to find some resources online. But for the most part, you're not really going to find a step by step laid out system. That system that you're looking for *might* be contained in some of these IM courses that they're charging money for.

    It's like greedy said. Make the squeeze page, get that all set up, get your autoresponder set up, and start saving your follow up emails. I know it was recommended at least a week which is a good starting point but if you want to be set for a bit you should do a couple of weeks or even a month. Once you're set up with your squeeze page and autoresponder, you need to get your traffic to your page and start running your tests.

    If you're looking for a laid out method on how to get traffic there, you're not going to find it. Traffic and advertising, no matter what kind you do, PPC, CPM, PPV - It's all trial and error. Everyone on here will tell you that.

    Building a List From Scratch is Not as Complicated it people make it.
    Follow the step :

    1. Landing page ( Important for capturing emails) ( you can user aweber or anyother)
    2. traffic

    - paid taffic

    PPC
    ppv
    and alot more

    - free traffic

    video marketing
    article marketing
    forums
    yahoo answers
    facebook
    seo

    focus on traffic and conversion rate at the start

    Yes, you'd need to get traffic (free and/or paid) to test your offer

    I'd look to create a list with the top forums offering free site critique - so I'll take this feedback and have two powerful squeeze pages. and split test in an A/B campaign.

    I've learned that the more info you have on a squeeze page, the less subscribers you'll get.

    Want sky-high conversion? Make your page very short, like only the headline and opt-in offer.

    Stir their curiosity. Don't hype..
