is facebook suggested bids accurate??

I find it a little hard to believe some of the prices. For instance basket weaving has suggested bid of 30-50 cents per click. Could it really be a lot cheaper...like 5 cents a click?

    direct answer: no.
    its really depends...on ur creative's ctr in the first, then campaign history.
    according to my experience, i can get 7 or 29 cents for us demo with a ctr of 0.2-0.3 even higher, and its suggested bid will decrease from 0.3+ down to 0.1 even lower.
    so it will change with your ad performance.

    I domt find it accurate, unfortunately I find often I need to bid higher opposed to lower
