Ok, After struggling to put my p202 working with my hosting and setting up my LP, here it comes to the point of creating and submitting my FB ads.

The major issue that keeps me from putting those ads alive is that, if a facebook editor visit my p202 URL and lands on my lnading page no matter what country he/she is in will visit the same lander which but if he clicks on my CTA button, he will be redirected to the CPA offer page. If the editor's IP is not within the country where my CPA offer runs, he will be redirected to some strange backup offer like iPhone, iPad,...

I don't want to let this happen and get my ads disapproved. Please let me know how you deal with this issue.

I decided to give MaxMind a shot but I have no idea where to put that piece within this puzzle.

Many people have the initial link point to the landing page of the offer (without going through the affiliate link to avoid redirects) then switch to the affiliate link after the ad is approved

  Is it possible that the editorial team goes through a second round of checking the ads on random basis? If this is true, the method you mentioned is not safe.
  
  I am looking for a full-proof method to make me feel I am on the safe side.

1. Use Javascript.

2. Use MaxMind to set a variable to the visitor's country code. (country code list here.)

3. Use an IF statement, that redirects all traffic from country X to your offer.

4. Use an ELSE statement, that redirects all traffic not from country X to an alternative page that shows in all countries fine.

Combine this all with Google, and you'll be set to go If you are lazy I have a script on my blog, but it is not free, and this is a great beginner level PHP script to figure out on your own.

  If I use PHP, I need to download the Maxmind DB in binary which i not very accurate. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, just use Javascript not PHP for the full script. My mistake.
