Hey again all,

Getting started on Lead Impact next week and it's my first PPV network - I'm open to any and all advice you guys are willing to give me. I've got about a $700 budget to start and while I've done tons of work with PPC and CPM, I know this is a totally different game.

If it helps - I'll start with split testing landing pages for a weight loss supplement (LP is on a VPS of course) - with an affiliate link to the PeerFly product.

Thanks again for all the help guys!

I am getting 200-300% ROI on weight loss products using LI for months now. PM if you would like a review of your setup.

I just posted this yesterday in another thread with a similar topic...

"- Learn to make eye catching landing pages. Good images, audio, video, and call to actions.

    - Target URLs with high Alexa rankings. Don't waste time testing small URLs.

    - Make sure your LPs are sized correctly for the pop-up windows.

    - Do demographic research for the URLs you are targeting.

    - Don't be scared to test keywords as well, since with LeadImpact unlike TrafficVance, a keyword is triggered when the user searches it.

    - Try targeting sub-domains.

    - Ask your affiliate manager what offers are currently converting the best on PPV.

    - Realize if you are new there will be learning curve, don't be scared to spend money testing and learning.

    - Get a good VPS hosting with SSD Drives, like LiquidWeb's Storm SSD VPSs or BeyondHosting Linux VPSs.

    - Without good landing pages you won't last long. "

    Good Luck

Good budget to start at. If I were you I'd start with similar campaigns as you've had success with in ppc, it will hopefully give you a head start. For targets I typically like to use urls over keywords. Always make sure to try landing pages.
