I have been looking for a questions / quiz survey online to add to a landing page - but so far I have been unsuccessful.

Maybe I am not using the right search term...

The below site is using exactly what I am looking for

    What's the difference between using HTTrack and just right clicking and saving the page?

      Because it downloads the images and scripts. Most of it anyways.

      HTTrack not only downloads the page, but will also grab the javascript and stylesheet files associated with the page you're trying to download.

    That wouldn't be hard to replicate at all. You can outsource that on odesk.com for dirt cheap if you wanted.
