I want to know answer of this question. I am new to internet marketing.

"Let us know how you would like to market our offers and provide links to any examples. Please be in depth as to how you generate your traffic!"

I want to register in cpa network i have tried may times but i failed all the time. Please help me.

Its simple create and write down a detailed traffic plan how you will drive traffic ti the cpa networks and send it over to them , You are getting into a CPA Network you must have idea and something in mind what traffic source you will use and how you will get conversions so use that ..

They are asking how you are going to generate traffic,
Will it be organic, PPC, FB, Email, Social Media etc

A word of caution, unless otherwise accepted - I would stay away from FB and Social traffic and tell them you generate via email (autoresponders/list building) organic traffic and PPC

Basially, they want you to explain in detail how you plan on getting traffic to their offer.

What will your source be is their main concern... Things like "Will it be organic, PPC, FB, Email, Social Media etc" as sheldorino list are all common sources.

Traffic you don't want to ever use would be... Craigslist, and incentive where you give the user a bonus or money to fill out the offer.
