[Tip] Creating a List in any Niche with PPV!

Today I wanted to share with all Warriors a little trick to building an email list in any niche with PPV. So here it is: (This would be in most cases a Sing Opt In list)

The key to creating a list in any niche is to create a Squeez page, and to use the proper ad copy. Make sure your squeez fits into PPV window.

Step 1) Ad Copy

Example of ad-copy:

1) Weight Loss
"Discover the secret to get you in shape by Christmas Guaranteed"

2) Forex
"Discover the secret that can start making you $1,000 per day trading Forex"

Notice how the word "Discover" doesn't promise them anything free. Just an opportunity to learn more.

Step 2) Opt-in Box and Submit Button

Below the adcopy you would have your opt-in box, and a nice submit button. For submit button I like ones like "Get Access Now" , "Get Started Now" "Click Here To Continue"

Step 3) Send them to Offer

At this point you send them to an affiliate offer where they will "Discover" more from the sales page. If they don't buy at least you have them in your list, and continue to promote like type products.

If you want to get them to double opt-in, give away a free gift and direct them to there email on your thank you page to get download link from email.

I hope this little nugget can help some people.

To Your Success!

Good work. I've also found if you write a small guide to provide to someone if they sign up their email that it can help get more email sign ups

Agreed, if you can create or purchase high quality PLR to give away it could definitely help. It also allows you to also get the Double Opt in.

I will soon start my first listbuilding campaign.

What amount of free content vs offer do you think is a good guideline?

So 1 in 5 mails with an offer for example.

IMO this is really personal preference, I personally do 1 offer for every 6 emails but I've heard people waiting as many as 9. Just don't burn out your list with tons of promos and you'll be fine. Something to keep in mind though - Make sure all your emails - but those first ones in particular, are jam packed with great content. Establish yourself as an authority before you start recommending them products.

This really depends on the type of list your building. Some of the biggest guys send 3-5 emails per day, the majority of which are offers. They will get lots of opt-outs, but there usually building there list much faster than they lose opt-ins.

Others as you suggested send 3-5 emails of content followed by an offer. As Sonix has said, at the beginning it is important to provide high quality content so you train your list to open your emails.

    Thanks for the tip.
I wanted to know if the conversions are good even when we have the opt in form on the initial LI landing page?

    Good stuff.

I always try include a sale pitch at the end of the e-mail, but load the e-mail with a ton of free value that directly relates to the offer.

      Any results yet anyone?

I have 19 subscribers for about $11 and building my auto responder.
So far my email get opened 50-57% , what is normal?

No sales, but no problem. No unsubscribers, so they must like it so far.

        Hey Drazz,

I have tightened up my targeting, and have changed my opt-in page a bit, so im now at about $1 / subscriber. That being said because i tightened up my targeting I am only spending about $2 a day. i am paying 1.5 cents per pop. My opt-in rate is at about 3% which is much better than before.

Your email open rate is incredible. My best open rate is the email list i am building through my signature, which gets about a 20% open rate (Double Opt In List). My PPV one is only at about 12-15%, and my open rate for my soload list is only at about 10% open rate. (Single Opt-in Lists)

Also your price per lead is very good as well! If i remember correctly you where in the the health/ weight loss niche which makes your cost of 55 cents per lead even more impressive.

I would also be curious to see what other people are achieving with there list building and email marketing.

        Onward and Upwards!
