targeting more than a few countries

So I'm running an offer and i want to target more than a few countries. Am i supposed to find urls in english, or could i find urls in their language also? Would it work if some urls are in one language and others are in another? Or should i stick with one language.

    I've had success advertising english offers to non-english speaking URLs via PPV.

    It doesn't work always, you have to test.

    I would just test and post because what happens if this works amazing for you? I bet you'll have a handful of people trying to do the same thing already, since you posted this.

    Just my 2 cents.

    I'm going to guess you are referring to ppv traffic?
    I'd recommend trying both types and just test each url
