The POF Ads support disappeared from the face of Earth

Hi. I created an account in POF Ads over a month ago, then I deposited $30. My account was suspended and they asked me to give them a picture of my ID and credit card. I sent the pictures the same day and since then I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed the support 3 times - nothing. I emailed their "Senior Account Manager" Ben Louie and "Advertising Executive" Cyndi Hunter - nothing. I sent them messages through Facebook - nothing. What happened to all these people? Either there is a zombie apocalypse I haven't heard of or POF is a shady company. What do I do now? Has someone had similar experience?

    It's strange because I had the same problem and they have returned to me within two days.
    Try to contact Ben Louige, he's the one that helped with this issue.
