No more scam texts on your bill, say cell carriers - NBC News.com

Impact on the CPA industry? Mobile offers are a big part of it, no doubt this will hurt many wallets (also save many wallets )

US based mobiles pay as much as 19 USD with an average of 9-10 USD. With an exception of France/Germany/UK other countries pay very little, as little as a good email submit. Also you cannot deny US traffic is usually the most gullible

      This will hurt.

LOL...We don't even run US offers in mobile and anyone with half a brain knows why. FTC & FCC, AG's, Cramming, scammy advertisers. Heck, Thumbplay closed shop because of all this crap. Many others too. We don't run US offers or work with US Advertisers, it's not worth it. Not compared to the cheap CPC's, awesome CPA's and killer ROI's on Int Mobile. :-)

I don't think it will be a huge impact, offers like this have really died down and disappeared over the years already, this is just the icing on hate cake now imo

No big deal, like Ruck said, the money's in International offers.

I find it very hard to find a good US offer with ROI that I'm satisfied with and worth my time. Not to mention the increasing click rates.
