CPA Companies Question & The Type Of Offers They Have

Hope it has been an amazing week thus far.
Could you please give me names of Cost Per Action companies that you recommend that offer a payment if somebody were to fill out an email form, give their zip code, and or fill out a survey, etc?
I noticed that there seemed to be companies that would give you a percentage of a sale if somebody bought something at ABC Clothing in the next 7 to 45 days. If somebody promotes these types of offers are their dangers of customer returns and you end up giving back the commissions thus you never know if the money is truly yours? If you promote ABC Clothing and somebody purchased an item today how soon does it take for the statistics to show when you log into your account?
Do most offer both where you could select getting a percentage of a sale or simply paid on the spot if somebody completes filling out a form of some kind or are they different business models?
