directcpv is the best choosing for a newbie?

hi warriors i'm a newbie in CPA networks, and i will sign up into directcpv to promote cpa offers with ppv and i need your help , i have 200$ budget and not sure what network is best for my budget knowing that I wanted to use LeadImpact but they raised the minimum budget to $1000 and I only have $200! Any suggestions?

I wanted to use LeadImpact but they raised the minimum budget to $1000 and I only have $200! , also mediatraffic is not accepted my country , what about Sitescout and adOnenetwork??

btw LI is now expensive but they do offer a refund if you don't use it all in the first 45 days.

I might try Media traffic or adonetwork too.

  adonetwork and leadimpact are owned by same company however there is difference in traffic quality though
